Refund Policy

Clear, fair and customer-first

We stand behind the quality of our data. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — with replacements, credits or refunds.

Data Accuracy Guarantee

We guarantee a minimum of 90% accuracy on all B2B databases delivered. Should accuracy fall below this threshold, eligible records will be replaced or credited.

Replacement Policy

Bounced, invalid, or outdated records reported within 7 days of delivery will be replaced free of charge with equivalent verified records matching the agreed criteria.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued where (a) we are unable to deliver the agreed dataset, or (b) replacement records cannot be supplied within a reasonable timeframe. Custom and partially-delivered datasets are reviewed case by case.

Non-Refundable Items

Once data has been delivered, downloaded and used, it cannot be refunded except under the replacement policy. Setup, customization and consulting fees are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

Email billing@b2bdatafusion.com within 7 days of delivery with your invoice number and bounce/validity report. Our team will review and respond within 7 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method.
